이 약관은 이동식(이하 “운영자”)이 제공하는 무림맹주 키우기(이하 “게임”)의 이용 조건과 운영자 및 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
1. 약관 동의, 이용 연령 및 계정
이용자는 게임에서 필수 항목에 동의하고 만 14세 이상임을 확인한 뒤 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만인 사람은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
게스트 계정은 기기 변경이나 앱 삭제 시 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. Google 계정을 연결하면 지원되는 범위에서 진행 정보를 복구할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 계정과 기기를 안전하게 관리하고, 타인의 계정을 이용하거나 양도·판매해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 서비스 제공
운영자는 게임 플레이, 클라우드 저장, 순위, 우편, 광고 보상과 인앱 상품 등의 기능을 제공합니다. 점검, 장애, 플랫폼 정책, 법령 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부나 일부가 변경·중단될 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 게임 또는 공식 안내 화면을 통해 알립니다.
네트워크 장애, 지원이 끝난 앱 버전, 비정상 종료 등으로 일부 기능이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 중요한 진행 정보가 동기화되었는지 확인하고 최신 지원 버전을 사용해야 합니다.
3. 가상 재화, 광고 보상 및 결제
게임의 가상 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 사용할 수 있으며 법정화폐나 재산권을 의미하지 않습니다. 상품 가격과 구성은 구매 화면에 표시됩니다. 결제, 청약철회와 환불은 관련 법령 및 Google Play 정책을 따르며, 이미 사용했거나 즉시 효력이 발생한 디지털 콘텐츠는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
구매가 정상 반영되지 않으면 주문번호와 계정 정보를 확인하여 운영자에게 문의할 수 있습니다. 광고 보상은 광고 시청 완료와 보상 확인이 정상 처리된 경우 지급됩니다.
4. 이용자 의무 및 이용 제한
이용자는 버그·자동화 도구·변조 프로그램을 이용한 부정행위, 결제 악용, 서비스 방해, 타인의 권리 침해, 부적절한 닉네임 사용, 계정 거래와 운영자 사칭을 해서는 안 됩니다. 운영자는 위반 정도와 반복 여부를 고려해 경고, 데이터 회수, 기능 제한 또는 이용 종료 조치를 할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 사유와 이의 제기 방법을 안내합니다.
5. 지식재산권과 이용 기록
게임의 프로그램, 그래픽, 음악, 문구와 운영자가 제공한 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적인 게임 이용 범위를 넘어 복제·배포·변조·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
6. 약관 변경, 서비스 종료 및 책임
약관 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지 또는 게임에서 안내합니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 별도 동의가 필요한 중요한 변경은 합리적인 기간 전에 알리고 필요한 동의 절차를 진행합니다.
운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 불가항력, 이용자 귀책, 통신망이나 플랫폼 장애로 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 발생하면 당사자 간 협의를 우선하며, 해결되지 않는 경우 관련 법령이 정한 절차와 관할에 따릅니다.

These Terms govern your use of Murim Master: Idle RPG (the “Game”), provided by the operator.
1. Agreement, age, and accounts
You may use the service after accepting the required items and confirming that you are at least 14 years old. The service is not available to children under 14.
Guest progress may be lost after deleting the app or changing devices. Linking a Google account may allow supported progress recovery. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and may not sell, transfer, or use another person's account.
2. The service
The Game may provide gameplay, cloud saves, rankings, mail, rewarded ads, and in-app products. Features may be changed or interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, legal requirements, platform policies, or operational needs. Where practical, notice will be provided in the Game or through an official notice.
3. Virtual items, ads, and purchases
Virtual currency and items are usable only in the Game and are not legal tender or ownership rights. Prices and contents are shown before purchase. Payments, cancellation, and refunds follow applicable law and Google Play policies. Cancellation may be restricted, where permitted, for digital content already used or supplied immediately.
If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact the operator with the relevant order and account information. Rewarded-ad benefits are granted only after successful viewing and reward verification.
4. Player responsibilities
You must not exploit bugs, use automation or modified software, abuse payments, disrupt the service, infringe rights, impersonate staff, trade accounts, or use inappropriate names. Depending on severity and repetition, the operator may warn, reverse improperly obtained data, restrict features, or terminate access and will provide a reason and appeal path where practical.
5. Intellectual property
The Game software, artwork, music, text, and other operator-provided content belong to the operator or their lawful owners. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used beyond personal use of the Game.
6. Changes, termination, and liability
Changes to these Terms will be posted with their effective date. Material changes that disadvantage users or require separate consent will be announced in advance and presented for consent when required.
To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for events outside the operator's reasonable control, user-caused loss, or network and platform failures where the operator has no intent or gross negligence. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion, followed by the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
